CUPERTINO SYMPHONIC BAND

The Cupertino Symphonic Band is a non-profit community wind ensemble based in Silicon Valley open to all musicians. We rehearse weekly from August through June. We are under the direction of Jason McChristian.

We perform at several events during the year — including a Children’s Concert, Spring Concert, Patriotic Concert honoring Veterans (Fall), and Winter (Holiday) Concert. CSB has been a frequent participant of the Cupertino Summer Music in the Park Series, Cupertino Earth and Arbor Day Celebration, the Morgan Hill Independence Day Parade and the Santa Clara Memorial Day and Veterans Day ceremonies. CSB is also been a frequent invitee of the Golden Gate Festival of Bands, an annual event held in San Francisco.

We encourage audience members to donate canned goods at all of our concerts which we in turn give to West Valley Community Services of Cupertino.
