Mission: Our focus is on education, advocacy, and community outreach. We strive to empower individuals impacted by illicit fentanyl and mental health concerns with the resources and tools needed to support them.At 2 Out Rally, we believe that every life is precious. We are dedicated to using our platform to share Alex’s story and make a difference. Vision: Our mission is to honor the life of our son, Alex Bradford, by STRIKING OUT the deadly illicit opioid fentanyl and RALLYING for mental health awareness. We aim to positively impact the lives of those affected by these devastating issues through education and advocacy. 2 Out Rally is committed to creating a world where mental health is recognized as a vital component of overall well-being and where no one must endure the heartbreak of losing a loved one to illicit fentanyl.

The 2 Out Rally Foundation was established to honor the memory of our beloved son and brother, Alex Bradford, a promising young college student whose life was tragically cut short by illicit fentanyl poisoning on March 30th, 2022, while studying at the University of North Carolina – Wilmington. Formed out of tragedy, the 2 Out Rally Foundation was created in January 2023, with a mission to serve as a beacon of positive change, advocacy, awareness, education, and community support for the things impacting our communities, like illicit fentanyl, substance abuse, and mental health.
