At HOOAH WI, we are dedicated to the overall wellness of the military community. Our mission is to eliminate suicide among service members, veterans, and their families. Through proactive wellness programs, certified professionals, and a dedicated network of volunteers and partners, we strive to empower the military community across Wisconsin.
Your support fuels life-changing initiatives, including peer support, resource navigation, and a variety of free programs that address the unique challenges faced by those who have served our nation. Together, we can build a stronger community, improve quality of life, and ensure no one fights alone.
Our programs include Warrior Wellness, which directly attacks mental health through counseling, project nights and weekend retreats lead by certified professionals who are continuously learning innovative techniques to treat the mental health concerns faced by those who have served or a currently serving in the military.
Additionally our programs include service dogs, scuba certification, motorcycle licensing, yoga, CrossFit, biking, running, financial literacy, skydiving, fishing and more. The focus on creating and sustaining healthy habits while creating a community amongst individuals with shared unique life experiences is a core focus of the development of these programs.
