KCR was established in 1965 as a Community Action Agency. We are a very diverse organization, for example, our range of programs go from Early Childhood Education, including STEM to Financial Asset building , Entrepreneurial, Weatherization, Employment, Housing programs, to name just a few.

To create hope and opportunity for low-income Kitsap County residents by providing resources that promote self-sufficiency.
