Our mission is to empower service members, veterans, first responders, and their families to lead healthy and fulfilling lives by providing them with the tools and resources they need to address the unique challenges they face through peer support and mental health first aid training.

Team Defenders is a veteran-focused organization dedicated to providing peer support and mental health first aid training to our nation's heroes. Our team of trained and experienced veterans and prior law enforcement are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where those we serve can share their experiences, gain insight, and develop the skills necessary to overcome any obstacles they may encounter.
