Before deployment, Anchor Circle offers a private pre-community with a matched buddy and practical mind, body, and sleep tools that are tailored to each individuals needs.
During deployment, HomeFront Renewals offers in-person, multi-discipline retreats in the Hampton Roads area to restore calm, energy, and sleep.
After homecoming, The Steady Year keeps each retreat cohort together with an Anchor Guide who checks in, hosts small-group touch points, and ensures reintegration doesn’t happen alone.
