Help the TEACHERS in UKRAINE

, HELP UKRAINE NOW

Teachers in Ukraine work under constant danger and psychological pressure. Missile strikes and drone attacks remain a daily reality, yet educators continue to provide Ukrainian children with care, stability, and quality learning — often while teaching from shelters or adapting lessons to emergency conditions.
Today, more than 300,000 teachers in Ukraine are responsible for the education and emotional well-being of millions of children affected by war. Many teachers report severe burnout, chronic stress, and a lack of mental and emotional resources to cope with the ongoing threats and the demands of teaching during wartime. The prolonged exposure to uncertainty, trauma, and loss has made teaching not only an educational task, but also an act of resilience.
At the same time, modern life and a rapidly changing world require new methodologies, innovative approaches, and trauma-informed practices to effectively educate the next generation. However, as the country’s financial and institutional resources are severely strained by war, teachers are often left alone to navigate these unprecedented challenges — without sufficient training, support systems, or opportunities for professional renewal.
The non-profit organization Education Senses exists to change this reality. The organization provides Ukrainian teachers with targeted professional development, modern teaching methodologies, practical resources, and psychological support needed to sustain their work and well-being. By supporting educators, Education Senses strengthens entire school communities and ensures that children continue to learn in environments that are safe, supportive, and responsive to today’s realities.
Investing in teachers means investing in the future recovery and resilience of Ukraine.

Our goal is to collect $50000 to provide support for 200 teachers of public schools in Ukraine affected by the war.
