Project DYNAMO is a veteran-led, donor-funded international search, rescue, aid and assistance 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headquartered in Tampa, Florida operating to provide assistance to those impacted in disaster areas and conflict zones throughout the world. Project DYNAMO was stood up during the troop withdrawal from Afghanistan when the U.S. government left American civilians behind. Little did we know that more than a year later, we would see a need to help rescue Americans and civilians from conflict and disaster regions around the world. To date, Project DYNAMO has rescued more than 6,000 people and hundreds of animals from harm’s way. Project DYNAMO operates in “The Grey Space” where the U.S. government is not. This means, when the government is unable or unwilling to provide assistance, DYNAMO responds.

Project Dynamo is on the ground in Ukraine and Afghanistan conducting rescues and evacuations of prisoners and civilians caught in the crossfire on the front lines or improperly detained by foreign governments. The primary targets for rescue are usually US Persons and foreign nationals who performed services to the US Government. However, where there is a need and where Project Dynamo has the capability, we do not hesitate to save anyone in need.
