Once Was Inc is a veteran nonprofit, community outreach organization dedicated to honoring OUR military service members to include Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members, Reservist, and their immediate families. Our mission is honoring disconnected veterans. We define disconnected veteran, as a veteran living 50+ miles away from a military facility.

Once Was Inc is a veteran community outreach nonprofit, dedicated to honoring disconnected military service members including Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members, Reservist, and their immediate families. Through our programs, we help veterans and their families with re-employment, recovery counseling, proper nutrition, family reunification, and much more.
