Disabled Veteran needs help with Handyman services in Mountain City, TN

This disabled veteran is ashamed that he cannot care for his own home, even though he is disabled from military service. Please help him out. He does not have tools so you will need to bring your own. (There is another request listed for him for lawn care services.)
