Our free upgrades increase comfort, cut utility costs, and improve health and safety. We serve vulnerable populations, including seniors, veterans, disabled individuals, minorities, and rural residents, often living in older, inefficient housing. Our work and services, at no cost to residents, may include: Blowing insulation in walls and attic, Crawlspace insulation, Air sealing and weather stripping, Water saving measures, Carbon monoxide and smoke detector installation, New led light bulbs, installing a new furnace or repairing an existing one, Replacing water heaters and refrigerators, Solar panels and more. All services are free of charge for income qualified Colorado residents.
ERC helps communities overcome economic challenges, while promoting housing and community stability and enhancing Coloradans quality of life. Households save an average of 25% on utility costs, freeing funds for essentials like food and medicine. ERC promotes economic self-sufficiency and equity, addressing systemic disparities, and ensuring safe, affordable, and sustainable housing. These efforts contribute to long-term community well-being.
