Womens Wellness
Unkitawa offers a women's wellness program once a month. These programs allow Indigenous women to gather and converse while working on Indigenous art, foods, and culture. Some past workshops Women's Wellness has hosted are Indigenous earring making, belt making, beaded keychains, and making traditional medicines with honey. The women’s program also made Thanksgiving baskets and gave them to the community.
Re-Entry Program
The Re-Entry program provides cultural services to all the prisons in Washington state. They provide regalia making, pow wow, dance, singing, and sweat lodge service. The re-entry team is passionate about serving the Indigenous inmates and helping the inmates find a cultural connection. These cultural connections are healing to the inmates and can potentially help the inmates find in their life and heal holistically,
Innovations Program
The innovations program works with grants to provide a licensed therapist for free therapy to the Indigenous community. They also offer health and wellness services to help with health disparities such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. Innovations provide community engagements with Indigenous cooking demos, and traditional medicine making. Events and Classes to teach how to heal the mind, body, and spirit
