RESET is Operation Meraki’s flagship mental health and wellness initiative designed to support veterans navigating life after military service. Through trauma-informed peer support groups, licensed counseling partnerships, mindfulness training, and physical wellness activities, RESET helps veterans find stability, healing, and hope.
Our program addresses isolation, depression, PTSD, and other reintegration challenges by offering a judgment-free community, goal-setting tools, and wellness education. Veterans in RESET are not treated as broken, but as leaders rediscovering their strength.
RESET is currently being offered in partnership with National Church Residencies and is expanding to serve more veterans across Central Ohio. With your support, we can bring RESET to more communities, ensuring no veteran feels alone in their journey toward mental wellness.
