Our Unique Process: We utilize the Tactical Resiliency Process (TRP), a neurological intervention that disconnects negative emotions from past events. This method keeps sessions safe and focused, eliminating the need to talk about specifics.
Tailored Programs: The TRP includes two programs:
- Trauma Resiliency Protocol (TR-P): Addresses post-traumatic stress and acute stress.
- Emotions Management Process (EMP): Targets negative emotions like sadness, anger, or shame often tied to traumatic events.
