Install Chair Rail, paint and hang cabinet, cut back rose bush and cover swing for Ms Charlotte

Ms Charlotte wanted to have a chair rail installed as well as a cabinet hung in her bathroom. She also needed her patio/yard prepped for winter by cutting back her rose bush and covering her swing. We were able to complete the projects over two days at no charge.
