Richmond Friends of the Homeless was founded to strengthen and enrich the community lives of those residing in poverty in inner city Richmond, VA. Our mission is served by providing nourishing meals and support services to those in need seven days a week through three program sites strategically located throughout our area.

Richmond Friends of the Homeless provides nourishing meals and services seven days a week to those residing in poverty. We have three program sites strategically located in neighborhoods in great need. We serve homeless veterans, seniors barely existing on Social Security, the working poor, people battling addictions, those who have lost their jobs, children with inadequate food at home - men, women and children of all ages who are hungry and in need of a nourishing meal. We offer numerous support services including clothing, shoes, warm winter items, blankets, personal hygiene items and referral services.
