SKY Campus Happiness is a total well-being and resilience program tailored for college students, staff and faculty. SKY Campus' experiential curriculum empowers participants in these four pillars of wellness: Evidence- based breathwork and meditation techniques (SKY Breath Meditation), inclusion and social connection, emotional intelligence, leadership and service learning. Research shows (refer to article URL below) that SKY Campus Happiness significantly increases well-being and significantly reduces anxiety and stress markers.
