Create jobs for people that are blind and low vision.

Lions Services has a 1 year plan between January 2025 and December 2026 to expand jobs for people who are blind/visually impaired in manufacturing through recruitment and training programs.

Over 12 months, Lions Services will grow it's headcount from 150 employees to 200 who are blind/visually impaired.

Cost: $5,000 /Employee to successfully train from unemployment into a career path. This investment gives people the skills needed to immediately work and set them up for a lifetime of future job success.
