The Marie Lamfrom Charitable Foundation has provided funding for a part-time Dean of Students for the last two years. This has helped increase the support we can provide to both the students in their social-emotional learning and to our classroom educators (less stress and fewer sick days. Student success includes increased academic performance averaged for all students, increased student attendance (they feel safe), decreased sick days for educators, and increased business performance and accountability at the Administration level.
We are seeking additional funding to continue providing a Dean of Students to our students.
We are applying to the Marie Lamfrom Charitable Foundation again and are seeking other funders who provide operational support via the Foundation Directory. We are determined to retain this position so our students can continue to receive such great support.
