NextOp launched in 2015 to help high performing middle-enlisted veterans translate their exceptional military experience into successful civilian careers. Our innovative employment program matches each veteran candidate with an employment coordinator who works 1:1 to help translate their resume, identify civilian professions that are right for them, prepare for interviews, and ultimately, start a new career.

NextOp’s employment program has grown every year, having helped place over 2,200 veterans into meaningful careers in just over 5 years. In 2019, we placed 604 veterans into industry careers in an average of 25 days of registration. Average starting salary of our veteran clients in Texas was $57,985. This resulted in savings to taxpayers of $2,818,200 in federal unemployment benefits.
