The Topics offered in the FREE classes cover 3 primary areas: Connection to a higher power (defined by the individual), connection to self and connection to others. The series guides you in reaching spaces within to uncover your "whys". Reaching the seed where the belief/behavior started is life-changing in itself but to UNDERSTAND sets you free from those lies most of us live from. No one can actually save another who no longer wants to live but we've found ways to get the light into those dark places without further damage. There is no "fix" just ways to shift our perception, set ourselves free and build from a solid foundation moving forward in life.
Completing the class is a first step to a lifetime of practicing new ways of loving and living. We owe it to ourselves and those we love to manage the pain from our past and communicate feelings in healthy and balanced ways. The results with our Veterans and 1st Responders is nothing short of remarkable. Those who work on the front lines of humanity's worst events carry ghosts others don't comprehend. We're losing far too many Heroes by their own hand due to PTS/depression. Our goal is to eradicate suicide. I hope you'll consider starting your unraveling with us very soon. The consensus is we all wish these skills were available to us much earlier in life. We encourage family members, friends and any collection of hearts you want to grow with to attend together. From mature young teens to 80+ this gift is for YOU!
It costs nothing to attend our classes. We provide free lunches, snacks & bottled water both days along with hotel rooms to those traveling. As a public supported nonprofit we do NOT accept any federal funding or united way funding.
