ANDREW JOHNSON HERITAGE ASSOCIATION

In the spirit of Andrew Johnson's education legacy, to actively encourage, promote, and aid in history and/or museum education in schools and among the the public at large, in part by supporting the Andrew Johnson National Historic Site.

An all-volunteer non-profit that is the "Official Friends Group of the Andrew Johnson National Historic Site" which supports educational programs at AJNHS including the Andrew Johnson National Cemetery. Support includes providing for educational program supplies, hosting guest interpreters, providing funds for program and exhibit development, and annually obtaining funds to lay wreaths on over 2,000 Veterans' graves at the Andrew Johnson National Cemetery through the Association's "Wreaths of Remembrance" program.
