The Association engages in a variety of activities designed to:
1. Promote the educational, recreational, and athletic interests of School District students and alumni, and foster continuing relationships.
2. Serve as an educational forum for alumni to maintain contact with the School District and one another.
3. Support periodic events for alumni, students, and the community-at-large.

The Association engages in a variety of activities designed to:
1. Promote the educational, recreational, and athletic interests of School District students and alumni, and foster continuing relationships.
2. Serve as an educational forum for alumni to maintain contact with the School District and one another.
3. Support periodic events for alumni, students, and the community-at-large.
4. Carry out fundraising and other charitable activities for the benefit of the School District, current students, and alumni under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
5. Function as the alumni’s official voice in communicating with the School District.
Previous activities include but are not limited to:
1. Honor alumni and community veterans:
- World War II Memorial dedicated 2007
- Korean War Memorial dedicated 2009
- Vietnam War Memorial dedicated 2017
2. Raised over $80K during October Breast Cancer Awareness Campaigns past 10 years
to support women and their families in the battle
3. Awards scholarships to graduating seniors continuing their education
4. Sponsorship of a school district student-athlete to play on the 2008 US Deaf Olympics
Basketball Team in Taiwan
5. Donated $22K to assist the school district in the 2011 installation of a high-resolution
free-standing twenty-foot Digital Sign.
6. Provides funds for student events, programs, and projects via our Student Opportunity
Fund
7. Provided funds for civic-minded students to participate in the YMCA Youth and Government program.
8. Created a "Building Champions" Field House Campaign to address the less than
desirable athletic facilities.
