Operation 6 is a project for Transitional Housing for Homeless Veterans with substance use issues focusing on housing first . It is a "Hand up- not a hand out" program. Resources provided include single rooms, food, transportation and counseling. We currently have a grant from the Veterans Administration. This grant is not all inclusive for veterans and we are seeking funding to expand the opportunities for homeless and at-risk vets to reintegrate into society. We need $1,300,000 annually to fulfill our needs.
