This program will equip neurodivergent young adults (ages 18–25) with individualized workplace coaching designed to strengthen professional skills, confidence, and career readiness. Through partnerships with inclusive employers offering supported employment opportunities, the initiative will create meaningful pathways to sustainable employment while developing a scalable model for long-term career success and workplace inclusion.
Many neurodivergent young adults are highly capable, yet face barriers to employment, inclusion, and community support after high school. FSA is designed to bridge that gap — building confidence, independence, and a scalable model for lifelong career growth.
