Pivot to Purpose Foundation’s mission is to empower veterans and their families in Cook County by providing housing stability, homelessness prevention, career development, and supportive resources that promote independence, financial security, and long-term success.

Pivot to Purpose Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving veterans and their families who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or financial hardship. Through rapid rehousing, homelessness prevention, case management, career-development assistance, and connections to community resources, we help individuals overcome barriers, build stability, and move toward a more secure and self-sufficient future.
