LEST WE FORGET OUR VETS INC

Lest We Forget our Vets works to support disabled veterans through the distribution of specially designed therapeutic recumbent trykes, called AmTrykes®. These 3-wheeled trykes provide therapy and exercise and have proven their value to veterans of all ages and abilities. Funds are raised to provide these AmTrykes to the veterans at no cost to the veteran.
This project has expanded to include senior living facilities. By placing AmTrykes at these locations, we have been able to reach out to the veterans and senior residents at one location, and provide the same benefits of exercise and therapy. And its fun—riding with a friend on area trails. Monthly meetings are hosted at these facilities which further empathizes our mission statement - to pay honor and tribute to veterans. These meetings help keep senior veterans engaged with others, through presentations, lunches and other activities.
