Our mission is to equip veterans and other individuals seeking career transitions with the technical skills and industry knowledge needed to thrive in the field of welding and fabrication, through a combination of coursework and hands-on experience, and provide them with general financial, social, and other support services.

We are a recently formed 501c3 organization intended to help educate and train U.S. Military veterans in welding and fabrication. While we intend to instruct any candidate willing to learn, our primary focus is helping veterans who are transitioning out of the military and seeking a potential career path. We believe our nations veterans need better support making the shift back into the civilian workforce, and our nation needs the skills, discipline, and work ethic that comes with military experience.
