This project powers AllegiantVETS’ SkillBridge program: a life-changing, no-cost training and career placement experience for transitioning service members. In just 12 weeks, we help veterans go from uncertainty to career readiness—combining mentorship, live virtual coaching, employer-matched internships, and world-class certifications that unlock the job market.
And we’re not just keeping up with the future—we’re leading it. Through our partnership with Coursera, every veteran in our program now has access to career-launching credentials like the Google Project Management, Google Cybersecurity, and the newly released Google AI Essentials Certificate. These aren’t just badges—they’re career passports. With AI reshaping every industry, our veterans are being trained not just to adapt—but to lead.
This project will directly fund training, certification access, and career placement support for over 1,000 veterans annually. Your support helps cover the cost of Coursera licenses, AI and tech certification pathways, live instruction, job matching, and daily mentorship—delivered at no cost to the service member.
