Our original mission in 2011 was to establish Rocklin's first off-leash dog park. The park opened inside Johnson-Springview Park in 2011. We completed construction of the “Special Needs Area” in 2014 for the purpose of providing an outdoor site for service dog training. for those we serve. It is also available to other service dog training groups in addition to veteran’s groups. Currently Guide Dogs for the Blind uses the site for their Puppy Raiser classes,. All at no cost to them. And local rescue groups use the area for Adoption Days. Local breed meetup groups hold their monthly events here as well .
