Pets for Patriots supports member Patriot adoptions of adult and special needs pets, and large dogs—those most in need of a loving, forever home—from any of its member shelters nationwide.
MAKING PET OWNERSHIP AFFORDABLE AND ACHIEVABLE
To ease the financial costs associated with pet ownership, Pets for Patriots addresses the two primary contributors to pet costs: medical care and food. The charity partners with veterinarians across the country to deliver a minimum 10% discount for the life of the adopted pet, and provides each member Patriot with a generous gift card upon adoption to help with “coming home” basics such as pet food, supplies and other essentials. In addition, member Patriots have access to sponsor-provided discounts on other goods and services, such as pet health insurance, pet food and treats.
