Consequence Forum's mission is to address the consequences, realities, and experiences of war and geopolitical violence through literature, art, and community events. Our goal is to continue to be a print and electronic platform for all of the diverse voices and perspectives that relate these realities and experiences, so that the public can gain a clearer and more nuanced understanding of what’s at stake in choosing to wage war or engage in conflict. Over the last sixteen years, we've hosted nearly fifty public events, published over a thousand writers and artists, and represented nearly 150 conflicts and fifty-five languages. War and geopolitcal violence is still an everyday occurrence for a significant part of the world, so we continue to work to ensure that our platforms exist both for these writers, artists, and readers alike.
