As we age, we often lose touch with loved ones across generations, or experience barriers to connecting to the people, places, and events that shaped our lives. Whether it’s because of economic factors, challenges with health, or social inequalities, older adults often experience a sense of isolation that can lead to despair, blocking their ability to age with joy.
