COMMUNITY SERVICE ALLIANCE

CSA has been providing housing, job assistance, and personal, behavioral, and spiritual support for men transitioning from poverty, homelessness and addiction for 20. The focus of CSA is to provide affordable, short-term supportive housing, identify and secure local work experience and employment opportunities, and offer personal, behavioral and spiritual support and development, all to promote the eventual independence and self-sufficiency of the men we serve. We assist the men we serve to realize their full potential by relying on Christian-based principles to provide housing and job assistance, and address the additional issues – primarily substance abuse, addiction and recovery – which are preventing them from leading productive lives within our community.

Here at CSA, we maintain the core belief that lasting recovery depends not just on shelter or job training, but on restorative relationships. We believe healing begins with human connection. Men coming out of homelessness don’t just need a roof – they need someone who sees them, believes in them, and walks beside them. That’s the power of restorative relationships. It’s not about handouts, it’s about hope. And it’s what makes real transformation possible. We begin with safe, stable housing, and then support each resident with structure, accountability, employment, and above all, relationships. When a man finally has both a place to live and someone who believes in him, everything begins to change. At CSA, transformation is not the exception, it’s the expectation. Our success proves that when men are trusted with responsibility, supported by community and anchored in purpose, they don’t just recover, they thrive.
