Fundamental Chromatic helps our most vulnerable neighbors with Essentials Kits that include hygiene, affirmation cards, stickers, a letter of hope, a blessing card, water bottles, wipes, wash cloth, soap and shampoo, a journal and pen, socks, underwear, lip moisturizer, sometimes eye shadow or eye liner, tooth paste and brush, floss, our contact information for our Case Management services. Our Case Management Services includes disability and additional application assistance services, help with finding and securing affordable housing, education, employment support, and much more. We help our clients by normalizing mental health care, and reducing stigma, by sharing the founder's story, and providing relevant information on disabilities, diagnosis', and finding hope.
Our Essentials Kits provides comfort, and shows that these clients' neighbors are thinking about them, and care whether they live or die. We have faith and hope that our neighbors will one day flourish, and become their very best versions of themselves. They, we, all deserve the best, and to be cared for. Especially when we are too sick to take care of ourselves.
