Community Responder Career Pathways helps adults ages 18 and older gain lifesaving skills, recognized certifications, confidence, and pathways to employment. Participants receive First Aid/CPR/AED training, overdose-response education, mental health awareness, workplace-readiness support, résumé assistance, and career navigation.
The project prioritizes young adults entering the workforce, returning citizens, underemployed adults, veterans, and individuals who may not have access to traditional four-year education. Donations help cover certification fees, training equipment, participant materials, transportation assistance, and supportive services.
Each participant leaves with more than a certificate. They gain practical skills, increased self-worth, greater confidence, and a tangible first step toward employment, additional training, and long-term economic stability.
