Most rural veterans aren’t avoiding help; they’re worn down from trying to get it. Phone trees, delayed callbacks, confusing forms, and unclear eligibility rules all create real barriers.

This project funds the one-on-one support required to navigate healthcare enrollment, disability claims, caregiver programs, home modification benefits, crisis support, and more. We make the calls, track the paperwork, and stay with each case through completion — not just once, but through every step.
