David’s Circle is a transformative 501c(3) leadership development organization dedicated to unlocking the limitless potential of young minds in underserved communities, primarily in the Chicagoland Area. We are committed to nurturing the next generation of innovators, trailblazers, and pioneers. Our mission is deeply rooted in honoring the legacy of Alan David Lyke, a beloved brother, friend, father, and navy veteran whose values of service, integrity, and compassion inspire our work.

Recognizing that nearly a third of youth from low-income families fail to earn high school diplomas and only one in ten graduate from a four-year college, David's Circle addresses this disparity with comprehensive college readiness, financial literacy, and professional development programming, designed to accelerate students' journeys and provide them with the tools and confidence to succeed.

We operate at the grassroots level, providing a safe and nurturing environment for teens during their critical high school years, where they can explore their passions and unlock their full potential. At David’s Circle, our focus is on holistic empowerment, believing in the power of Innovation to spark creativity and critical thinking, Scholarship to foster learning and growth, and Service to instill a sense of community and responsibility.
