The purpose of our Higher Education Scholarship Fund is to underscore our commitment to Texas Veterans in their pursuit of higher education. This includes both 4-year and 2-year programs. The Scholarship Committee allocates available funds to honorably discharged Veterans who are seeking their first undergraduate degree.
The number of awards distributed depends on the scholarship account balance during that particular application period.
