A new web series based in Lancaster County, featuring mental health professionals having conversations with African American Lancaster-countians about the struggles, the inequity, the instability and the stigma surrounding mental health in the historically welcoming set of a Barbershop.
And
Wake the Beast (Back 2 Basics)
A five week course whose foundation is built on the “Five M formula for success: Mindset, Motivation, Money, Management, & Massive Movement), primarily focused on Veterans who wandered after discharge from the military; who lack clarity, consistency and confidence. WTB is an initiative geared to restore those three c’s, and unearth their gifts and talents to go forth and live out their maximum potential.
