2Serve Together Foundation honors the women who are serving or have served in the armed forces, inspires them to share their untold individual stories, and connects them to resources to support their resilience.

2Serve Together Foundation, founded by LTG (Ret) Patricia Horoho, 43rd Army Surgeon General, honors active servicewomen and female veterans who served in the armed forces with an emblem specially designed to recognize and honor their sacrifice and service to the country. The foundation honors their contributions to our country by telling their previously untold stories of service, accomplishments, and struggles through various media. The foundation also connects female veterans to benefits and services designed specifically to promote their continued health and wellness and to find resilience during vulnerable circumstances.
