Move Well

Move Well is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on helping individuals significantly improve their physical mobility, overall health, nutrition, and mental outlook through the use of individual needs assessments, a wide variety of fitness modalities, customized mobility protocols, proven therapies and practical movement plans.

Helping people maintain, regain or improve their physical mobility is of high importance in a positive health continuum. We aim to substantially bridge the movement gap for individuals experiencing mobility impairments as a way to enhance the quality of life for those within our local communities.

Our vision is simple: To help people within our local communities live full, healthy, vibrant, enjoyable lives and achieve functional independence.

Our target client demographic is underserved and underrepresented populations such as: senior citizens, veterans, people experiencing ongoing illnesses or recuperating from various medical conditions/treatments (i.e. cancer, stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, etc.), disabled individuals and others wanting to improve their quality of life through being able to move better.
