DAWN is a not for profit organization dedicated to helping people of Ukraine providing medical aid and mental health support to Ukraine’s defenders and refugees. DAWN is based in Hillsboro, OR, that has sent millions of dollars of medical aid to Ukrainian hospitals and stabilization centers.
