NCIA programs include:
Vocational Training Centers (VTC) in Baltimore, Maryland and Charlotte, North Carolina, which provide vocational training, professional and life skills development, and employment counseling to returning citizens, veterans, and those emerging from homelessness and recovery.
Youth in Transition non-public special education school in Baltimore, MD;
Community Living residential homes, day program and employment services for adults with intellectual disabilities in Baltimore, MD;
Behavioral Respite program for those disabled adults facing deep challenges in Baltimore, MD.
