Okanogan County residents formed the Highland Community Support Coalition (HCSC) in 2022 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to offer support and guidance services to various communities in the North Okanogan Valley of Washington State. HCSC's current projects are:
1. The Guild Art Center and Gallery

3, Digital Equity
In partnership with the NCW Tech Alliance, HCSC provides digital training to achieve tech equity in the North Okanogan Valley and assist the community to cross the digital divide. Three HCSC members are trained as Digital Navigators to offer digital education, access to essential services, and online safety training. By the end of Q1 2026, HCSC will offer a fully equipped A/V room for training with desks and laptops. In addition, related spaces will offer high-speed fiber-optic enabled wi-fi for co-working.
