American Gold Star Mothers Department of WV Inc

As Gold Star Mothers we honor the memory of the Fallen by serving our country and community through volunteering, We promote respect for one another and our nation. We extend emotional, peer and resource support to all our Gold Star Family members. We work together to support veterans, active duty military and related causes.

We are a 501(c)3 charity organization. We primarily assist veterans and active duty military with monetary support as needed. This includes assisting with utility bills, rent, childcare, emergency car repairs, etc. We support PVA activities and the medical Foster Program through the Hershell Woody Williams Medical Center in Huntington, WV. We partner with the Black Diamond Girl Scout Council to distribute Girl Scout cookies to veterans.
We also aid our Gold Star Families in need.
