Shez Awake® exists to bridge the gap between surviving and thriving for individuals in transition. We provide emotional wellness and life skills programs that help women, veterans, and foster youth navigate personal and professional change.

Our initiatives include Shez Rising™, which mentors young women ages 13–21 transitioning out of foster care, focusing on self-worth, resilience, and leadership. For women and veterans, Shez Awake® offers Reset Programs designed to enhance emotional intelligence, confidence, and life balance while supporting holistic growth.

Through workshops, mentorship, and community partnerships, Shez Awake® equips participants to identify their strengths, advocate for their needs, and step into purpose-driven lives of fulfillment and stability.
