Cyber Proud is launching a transformative initiative to empower opportunity youth (ages 16–24) through technology training, hands-on experience, and career exploration. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and workforce readiness for young people who are disconnected from school and employment—helping them gain in-demand tech skills and envision a sustainable future.
Through this project, youth will engage in a 16-week virtual training program that covers IT fundamentals, cybersecurity, and career readiness. Participants receive personalized career coaching, resume and interview prep, employer introductions, and support in pursuing industry certifications like CompTIA. With a strong focus on equity, over 85% of our learners come from diverse and underserved backgrounds.

+Wraparound support services including mental health referrals and financial literacy
