The North Plains Parks Foundation, Inc. is a community-driven foundation focusing on identifying and acquiring financial resources that support and expand the parks, trails and recreational programs of North Plains to enhance the quality of life for current and future generations.

The North Plains Parks Foundation, Inc. accomplishes its mission by creating and nurturing innovative partnerships, administering strategic grants, and establishing special funds to ensure a thriving system of parks, trails and recreational programs for the City of North Plains, Oregon.
