Through our unique legal service offering, combined with our network of community partners with whom we closely work, Florida Justice Center helps people get employed, increase their salary, find housing, access higher education, get out of debt, and live a better life.
We provide free and sliding scale legal services to low-income Floridians to help them get back on their feet after involvement with the criminal justice system. This is achieved with a holistic approach that combines our high-quality lawyers with social service providers to address not only the consequences of incarceration, but also the underlying issues that led to that individual's initial arrest. We call this system the 3 R's: Reentry, Recovery, and Restoration. Florida Justice Center is a leader in building racial equity in the justice system.
